How do I apply for an account?
Once you have chosen the account that’s right for you on our website, click on ‘Apply now’ to get started.
What is the maximum amount I can invest?
The maximum investment per account is £1,000,000.00. Should you wish to invest more, please contact us to discuss it.
What happens after I apply?
We will contact you to confirm the details of the account.
How can I pay money into my account?
You can send us the funds by electronic bank transfer.
If you prefer to send us a cheque, it should be made payable to United Trust Bank Limited. The funds, however sent, must be received from your nominated bank account.
How do I open an additional account?
If you have online banking, please log in and select New Application to open an additional account.
Alternatively contact us with the details and we issue confirmation as soon as the account has been opened.
How do I register for online banking?
We are in the process of contacting our existing personal customers to invite them to register for the online banking service.
If you are yet to receive an invitation, please contact us.
For our Business and Charity customers, we are currently working on an online banking service and, once ready, we will invite you to register.
