As the UK moves towards its next phase of responding to the Covid-19 pandemic, so is United Trust Bank.

More shops and businesses will begin to re-open and United Trust Bank remains open, as we have been throughout the pandemic. With most of our staff currently working from home, we are starting to bring more of the team back to our offices. However, in order to protect them and play our part in preventing London’s public transport system from becoming over-crowded, this will be gradual over a long period. This approach will enable us to effectively manage social distancing within the office, helping to keep our staff healthy.

We would like to thank our customers and brokers for their cooperation and support throughout this pandemic. These changes will enable us to gradually bring our service levels back to pre-Covid-19 levels, but we would ask you to remain patient and understanding during this transition.
