Coronavirus – Returning to a new normal
We have taken great care in preparing to welcome more of our staff back to the office. It will be some time before we are back to full strength. Our priority remains keeping our colleagues safe whilst continuing to provide an excellent service to our customers. The combination of providing a Covid-secure workplace and enabling effective work from home capability is continuing to work very well and our customers are continuing to receive the high levels of service they have come to expect from us.
We would like to thank our customers and brokers for their cooperation and continued support during these challenging times as we gradually return to a new normal.
