This is a hybrid role working 3 days in the office (City of London location) and 2 days working from home.

 

Role Purpose

CI Specialist (Green Belt), leads and deliver improvement initiatives within defined business areas, applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve efficiency, quality, and customer outcomes. Working closely with operational teams to identify opportunities, implement solutions, and help embed a continuous improvement mindset across the organisation.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver improvement projects (DMAIC / Kaizen) to improve process efficiency, reduce cost, and enhance customer experience.
  • Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall organizational performance
  • Identify improvement opportunities through data analysis, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma tools to identify root causes and implement practical, sustainable solutions
  • Facilitate workshops (e.g., process mapping, root cause analysis, ideation sessions)
  • Engage and influence frontline teams and functional stakeholders to adopt new ways of working

 

Skills and Experience 

  • 2 + years of experience in continuous improvement, process improvement, or related role
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
  • Proven experience delivering process improvement initiatives
  • Practical application of CI tools (e.g., process mapping, root cause analysis, waste identification)
  • Data analysis capability (Excel or equivalent tools)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a structured, analytical approach
  • Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies
  • Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights
