A new opportunity to work in our Property Development team, where you will provide administrative support for the submission of Credit Papers to Credit Team/Credit Committee, including merging past papers and submitting to Credit, merging Credit Committee approval minutes to the Credit paper and saving to Virtual Cabinet, and recording Credit Paper details on to the Credit Log.

In addition to this you will also support Business Development and Marketing in the marketing, PR and events for the Property Development and Structured Finance divisions, together with account and contact data remediation within SalesForce

This is a hybrid role working 3 days in the office (City of London location) and 2 days working from home.

 

Role Purpose

Provide administrative support for the submission of Credit Papers to Credit Team/Credit Committee, including merging past papers and submitting to Credit, merging Credit Committee approval minutes to the Credit paper and saving to Virtual Cabinet, and recording Credit Paper details on to the Credit Log. Support Manager – Business Development and Marketing in the marketing, PR and events for the Property Development and Structured Finance divisions, together with account and contact data remediation within SalesForce.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support in the daily submission of Credit Papers:
  • Receiving papers from the various PD Managers, reviewing them for data quality/accuracy, before merging the Credit Papers together with all included attachments and past papers (as applicable) for submission to the Credit email inbox by the agreed deadline.
  • For each new credit paper: ensure necessary Privacy Notices/Applications forms are saved within Originate Platform/Virtual Cabinet.
  • Undertake broker onboarding and ongoing broker due diligence, including completion of KYC checks, Companies House, FCA, ICO, and prohibited individual searches, and ensuring timely approval and system set‑up in core banking systems
  • Add Credit Paper information to the Credit Log
  • Following Credit/Credit Committee Approval:
  • Merging Credit Committee approval minutes to the Credit paper and saving to Virtual Cabinet and Credit Papers Folder
  • Update Credit Paper details on to the Credit Log to reflect the approval.
  • Provide support to the Manager – Business Development & Marketing in the marketing, PR and events activities (aka Matrix) for Property Development and Structured Finance.

 

Skills and Experience sought:

  • Good levels of literacy and numeracy
  • IT proficient especially Microsoft Office
  • A level / degree level education
  • Self-motivation and drive to succeed
  • Ability to organise and deliver to tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive and can do attitude, desire to take ownership of matters and deliver solutions
  • Interest and knowledge of property development and residential property market
