UTB Mortgages for Intermediaries’ Sales & Marketing Director, Caroline Mirakian, has won the ‘Woman in Specialist Finance’ award at the Financial Reporter Women’s Recognition Awards 2023.
This ‘Leadership’ award is typically given to a woman whose work in specialist finance has contributed towards change in the sector, or whose position in specialist lending is notable.
Caroline joined United Trust Bank in May 2023 and is a well-known and highly respected figure in the mortgage industry, having held senior management positions with several lenders. She has a proven track record of sales leadership and motivation and an ability to develop and implement strategic and operational plans delivering significant growth. She has been a three-time winner or finalist at the British Specialist Lending Awards and is recognised as a change maker within the mortgage industry.
On receiving her award, Caroline said: “I am super chuffed to win this award and the recognition is also testament to the great team around me at UTB.
