United Trust Bank (UTB) has been named ‘Best Second Mortgage Lender’ in the What Mortgage Awards 2023, the third time UTB Mortgages has won the award. The Bank was also awarded Highly Commended for the ‘Best Short-Term Lender’ category.
The What Mortgage Awards are unusual in that they are nominated and voted for by consumers rather than industry professionals.
