United Trust Bank today announce the appointment of Nick Warren as a Business Development Manager for its Bridging Department.
Nick joins from another development lender where he headed the lending Division.
Nick has significant experience in development and refurbishment lending and in working with property investors and developers so will bring considerable expertise to the Bridging team as it seeks to expand its product range.
Nick is very much a social person enjoying spending time with family and friends. In his spare time Nick stays fit by attending the gym. He is also a sports car aficionado.
