United Trust Bank (UTB) has announced the appointment of Nikki Brett to the new position of Head of Underwriting for the Bridging division.
The key appointment follows the growth of the division’s Underwriting team over the past few years and supports plans for the continued expansion of the Bank’s Bridging operations.
Nikki and recently appointed Head of Sales, Owen Bentley, have two key roles in the Bridging management team reporting to UTB’s Director – Bridging, Gavin Diamond.
Nikki Brett brings a wealth of experience in bridging and specialist lending with a career spanning 30 years and working with lenders including Shawbrook Bank and Borro, as well as founding specialist finance consultancy Liquidity Central. Most recently Nikki was Head of Operations for Development Finance at Hampshire Trust Bank.
