This is a hybrid role – 3 days in the office (City of London location) and 2 days working from home.

 

Role Purpose:

Responsible for supporting the PD Case Management Team with loan origination and in-life support & administrative related tasks.

 

Responsibilities:

 

PD Support Team

Support the Head of Support and Training in the provision of services across the Property Development business by:

  • Create loan accounts for new and existing customers in the core banking system.
  • Manage the safe receipt and lodgement of monies to accounts.
  • Prepare Instruction Letters to Bank’s Professionals (Solicitors, Monitoring Surveyors, Valuers).
  • Achieve compliance with CDD regulations by gathering information from a range of systems and performing checks to assist the Case Managers & others in their CDD reviews.
  • Obtain information from Land Registry and others to evidence the net worth of individuals and corporations.
  • Support the Case Managers to maintain banking systems in good order.
  • Save documentation to electronic filing locations in compliance with GDPR requirements.
  • Enter New Bank Details into banking systems for approval.
  • Fulfil the process for delivering execution of security releases, collateral warranties, & various deeds.
  • Undertake the Partial Redemptions Process by liaising with solicitors and processing plot sales proceeds and associated fees.
  • Prepare a Post Completion Checklist after a Loan is Drawn; record any findings and correct systems where required. Obtain the Case Managers final review & sign
  • Undertake the CDD/KYC Refresh of Low/Medium and High-Risk Borrowers.
  • Assist in the Broker On-boarding process.

 

Other General Activities

  • All activities to be conducted in accordance with the Bank’s internal procedures.
  • Ensure all matters which may adversely impact the risk to the Bank are promptly notified to the Head of Case Management, the Head of Operations, the Executive Director Property Development and/or Credit Department as necessary.
  • Assist the Operations Team and PD Team Administrator with ad hoc projects/ systems testing work as necessary.

 

Skills and Experience sought: 

  • Basic understanding of anti-money laundering procedures and CDD/
  • MS Word and
  • Confidence & a willingness to learn new computer-based systems.
