United Trust Bank was approached to fund the site acquisition and construction of two prestigious residential developments in Buckinghamshire with a combined GDV of £21.6m.
The borrower is a multi-award-winning residential property development company with a proven track record in delivering outstanding, design-led homes across London and the Home Counties.
The first development will comprise two generously appointed 5-bedroom homes with large private gardens, luxurious specifications and bespoke architectural features. The two homes are valued at £6.5m and £5.5m.
The second development is an exclusive gated scheme comprising three Edwardian inspired luxury homes priced from £2m.
Although a new customer to the Bank, the borrower’s proven success and expertise in the market, combined with strong and experienced management, gave UTB’s Property Development team the confidence to provide c£13.4m of funding across both schemes.
