In case you hadn’t heard, UTB now has an office in the heart of Manchester’s thriving business district. As we continue to increase our support of brokers across the North of England and Scotland, the new offices will become a busy base for the BDMs and underwriters already working across the regions, and a useful and convenient place to hold meetings with brokers and customers.
You can find out more about why we believe having local ‘boots on the ground’ is so important by watching this video featuring UTB Bridging’s Northern ‘Power Team’; Key Account Manager, Gary Lomax, recently appointed BDM, Gemma Roberts and Internal Relationship Manager, Amy Medhurst. They also explain some of the key changes we’ve made to our bridging lending criteria, making it even easier for brokers in the North and Scotland to choose UTB for their customers’ regulated and unregulated bridging needs.
Supporting brokers in the North and Scotland
- New offices in Hardman Square, Manchester.
- • A ‘Power Team’ focused on delivering outstanding service to brokers in the North.
- • Minimum bridging loan size reduced to £100,000, reflecting lower property values and deal sizes compared to the South of England.
- • Bridging Loans available to customers in all postcodes of mainland Scotland.
