United Trust Bank (UTB) has been named ‘Regulated Bridging Lender of the Year’ for the second year in a row at the prestigious Bridging & Commercial Awards 2022. On the same evening, UTB CEO Harley Kagan received a special award for his ‘Outstanding Contribution’ to the specialist finance industry.
The Bank was also Highly Commended in the ‘Best Specialist Bank’ and ‘Bridging Lender of the Year’ categories. UTB has previously won the ‘Best Specialist Bank’ award four times, more than any other lender.
Harley Kagan, Chief Executive Officer – United Trust Bank, said: “The Bridging team have worked extremely hard and provided a great service and excellent performance. They are widely regarded as the market leaders in regulated bridging and their FastTrack product has had a significant response. I am delighted that their efforts over the last 12 months have been recognised by the brokers they work with and the B&C awards judges.
