United Trust Bank (UTB) has been named ‘Best Second Mortgage Lender’ at the 25th annual Personal Finance Awards. The Bank was also ‘Highly Commended’ in the ‘Best Specialist Lender’ category.
The awards celebrate the best businesses and products in the UK personal finance market and are voted for by consumers.
Visitors to The Money Pages website started by nominating a business with which they, a friend, colleague or relative may have had a positive experience with for the relevant category. That first stage ran for four weeks, after which the top companies in each category then moved on to the second stage, where the public voted for their favourite.
This year saw a record 48,000 votes cast, and the winners were announced during four special awards presentations on Tuesday 29th November and Wednesday 30th November.
