United Trust Bank’s (UTB) Katie Lockett was named Young Team Leader of the Year at the Leasing World Customer Service Excellence Awards 2022 held at the iconic Sky Garden in London.
Katie, who is an Operations Manager in UTB’s Asset Finance division, won the award for being ‘…an outstandingly promising young leader of a customer facing team with no more than two years in the current role, who has impressed and exceeded expectations, who champions customers’ needs and is clearly going places.’
On receiving the award, Katie said: “I was surprised and delighted to win this award, but I couldn’t have done it without the support of my team. They’re diligent, professional, and always looking for ways to improve the broker experience.
“I am very fortunate to work for such a people focused Bank as UTB and I appreciate the support they give me in developing my skills and furthering my career.”
