United Trust Bank (UTB) has won Development Lender of the Year at the SFI (Specialist Finance Introducer) Awards 2021.
This year’s SFI Awards were held online due to Covid-19 restrictions. The awards usually attract over 20,000 votes from participants in the specialist finance industry leading to a shortlist of over 100 finalists.
According to the event organisers, publications Mortgage Introducer and Specialist Finance Introducer, the awards… “recognise, reward and celebrate the best and brightest of the UK Specialist Finance sector; individuals and businesses who are pushing boundaries, breaking down barriers and resetting the dial with innovation and professionalism.”
