This is a hybrid role working 4 days in the office (City of London location) and 1 day working from home.

 

Role Purpose

To deliver a professional and efficient HR Administration Service in support of the business, ensuring that all required activities and information is delivered in a timely manner and kept up to date. Support the HR team in the delivery of effective HR administration in the areas of recruitment, on-boarding and learning and development covering all stages of the employee life cycle.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the Recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage via the ATS
  • Co-ordinate interviews with hiring managers, candidates and if applicable, recruitment agencies
  • Coordinating training sessions, workshops and webinars
  • Maintenance of the LMS system for new joiners
  • Responsibility for training logistics, such as venue, materials, equipment and delegate lists are ready for each session
  • Communication of training schedules and details to participants
  • Monitoring of the L&D inbox, escalating and distributing queries and enquires to the relevant person within HR.
  • Updating & issuance of weekly & monthly comms to the Front of House Team for L&D/HR/Culture Events
  • Preparation of attendance lists and updating LMS post-event, completion escalation of non-attendance process, and issuance of survey requests
  • Monitoring the HR Service Team portal, answering queries, and allocating more complex queries to the relevant members of HR
  • Support in the sending out and chasing of agreed activity e.g. Mid-year and end year reviews, compliance training, annual staff checks, etc.
