Change Analyst | Asset Finance

This is a hybrid role – 3 days in the office (City of London location) and 2 days working from home.

 

Role Purpose

Responsibility for providing system and change support to the Asset Finance team for all applications within the AF system architecture.

 

 

Responsibilities: 

 

Application support

  • Monitor and maintain the functionality of Asset Finance systems and applications ensuring customer and user satisfaction.
  • Intercept, log and resolve issues affecting Asset Finance specialist applications such as Sentinel, Alfa, Auto Decision Platform, Integration Layer and portals – acting as First and Second line resolver
  • Perform analysis for new business requirements and prepare and manage requirements and functional specification documents.
  • Resolve issues and complete change requests using internal configuration, escalate complex changes to other team members or system vendors where required
  • Manage day to day first and second line relationship with application vendors
  • Review and prioritise issues and change requests with business stakeholders

 

 

Project and Change Management

  • Manage work packages and projects, in line with the Bank’s Change Implementation and Change Management Policies
  • Identify change risks and issues and escalate these as appropriate, with mitigation plans
  • Own project related administration such as project plans and Risk, Actions, Assumptions, Issue and Dependencies (RAAID) Logs

 

Testing Support

  • Plan, manage and conduct testing of change packages to ensure they are fit for purpose, prior to go-live.

 

 

User documentation and training

  • Acting as Application Procedures Librarian ensuring procedures have been documented consistently and in a user friendly manner, and maintaining up to date versions

 

 

Skills and Experience sought: 

  • 5+ years experience  within the Financial Services industry and with Banking technologies
  • Experience managing change within financial services covering the full change lifecycle and release management process.
  • Business Analysis experience documenting issues, solutions and business processes.
  • 2+ within the asset finance industry
