United Trust Bank (UTB) Mortgages has won the ‘Best Second Mortgage Lender’ award at the What Mortgage Awards 2025 for the third year in a row. It is also the fifth time UTB has won this award.
The awards celebrate the achievements of the best banks, building societies, lenders, brokers and home buying services as voted for by What Mortgage Magazine readers.
