United Trust Bank (UTB) Bridging has won the hotly contested ‘Short Term Lender of the Year’ Award at the Financial Reporter Brokers’ Choice Awards 2025.
Established in 2009, the Financial Reporter Brokers’ Choice Awards has grown into one of the most important events on the specialist lending calendar. Every year, the winners of each category are decided by a Brokers’ vote, made up of Financial Reporter’s 21,000-strong readership voting on the shortlists carefully curated by the awards judges. The awards celebrate companies and individuals who are pushing to make the industry a better place for everyone.
