Buster Tolfree, Managing Director – Mortgages, BTL and Bridging at United Trust Bank was named winner of the Industry Champion Award at the 2025 National Mortgage Awards – Second Charge. It is the second time Buster’s contribution to the Second Charge industry has been recognised with this award.
Hosted in London at the iconic Underglobe, Bankside, the event brought together leading brokers, lenders and industry partners from across the UK to recognise outstanding performance, innovation and service in the second charge mortgage market. The awards once again highlighted the innovation, professionalism and collaboration driving progress across the specialist lending community.
