United Trust Bank (UTB) Mortgages has won the ‘Secured Loan Lender of the Year’ award at the Mortgage Introducer Awards 2025. The Bank was also an ‘Excellence Awardee’ in the ‘Bridging Lender of the Year’ and ‘Specialist Lender of the Year’ categories.

The event is a unique opportunity for professionals in the mortgage industry to come together and celebrate their successes.
