We think our underwriters are amazing. So much so that unlike many other bridging lenders we encourage brokers to talk to them directly at any time during a proposal’s journey, from initial chat to drawing the loan. Sometimes, having a quick call with a specialist underwriter is all they need to answer a question, adjust a deal or put a client’s mind at ease, and brokers love it. United, we really do go further.
