Private Medical Insurance: UTB will pay for you to join the Group Private Medical Insurance Scheme, giving you access to eligible private health treatment when you need it.

Life assurance cover: Your family (or other beneficiary) will receive 4 x your basic salary if you should die whilst employed by UTB.

Income Protection Scheme: Receive 75% of your basic salary if you are unable to work through illness or injury for more than 13 consecutive weeks.

Critical Illness cover: 75% of your basic salary depending on your diagnosis and the specified conditions.
