United Trust Bank is named ‘Specialist Bank of the Year’ 2016

United Trust Bank has won the ‘Specialist Bank of the Year’ award at the Bridging and Commercial Awards 2016.

United Trust Bank triumphed against a strong shortlist comprising Shawbrook Bank, Aldermore Bank, Charter Savings Bank and Lloyds Bank.

The awards were held at the Hurlingham Club, Chelsea on June 9th 2016.

On accepting the award Harley Kagan, Managing Director of United Trust Bank, said:

“We are delighted to have been named ‘Specialist Bank of the Year’ and to have the hard work of the United Trust Bank team recognised by our brokers, partners and peers. The judges commented on the very high levels of service and commitment shown by all of the Bank’s divisions and this is something we strive to achieve every day. We were shortlisted in four other categories of these awards which shows the breadth of quality running through the Bank.

“Winning this award is another highlight of an already outstanding year for United Trust Bank. Earlier this year we were placed 25th in the Sunday Times Profit Track 100 of the UK’s fastest growing private companies and soon afterwards we learned that we have been nominated for two awards in the PWC UK Private Business Awards 2016.

“I would like to thank everyone who voted for us in these awards with whom we regularly work and transact and of course credit must also go to the hard working and talented staff at the Bank. The support of our customers, brokers and staff have made United Trust Bank the outstanding business it is today.”
