To change your password select ‘My details’ and ‘Online Security’ from the left side menu, within Online Banking. You will be able to enter your new chosen password and will be prompted to re-enter the password below to confirm that the passwords match. Please ensure that the new password is a unique password and not the same password as you are currently using. Once happy, select ‘Change password’ and this will carry out your request.
