United Trust Bank’s Paul Turton is looking forward to speaking at the upcoming FMB Eastern Conference in Chelmsford on the 5th of October.
The business conference will focus on ‘Funding to grow: Everything an SME builder needs to know about finance’ and will bring together the Eastern building community along with other stakeholders and policy makers to discuss practical advice on a wide range of finance-related challenges including fair payment, retentions, bank lending and how to access the Government’s Home Building Fund.
Paul Turton is Head of Sales for the Development Finance Division of specialist lender United Trust Bank. Paul is a well-known figure in the housebuilding industry and during his career spanning three decades he has accumulated considerable knowledge and relationships across the national, regional and SME residential development sectors.
