UTB shows broker commitment when dealing with a direct approach

A customer approached United Trust Bank’s Business Development Manager for the North of England and Scotland, to finance the purchase of an excavator and shear and was keen to proceed quickly.

However, United Trust Bank prefers to deal through its network of approved brokers so our BDM introduced the customer to his nearest and most appropriate UTB approved broker to discuss the deal. Negotiations were swiftly concluded, credit approval agreed, and documentation signed and processed quickly to ensure that the customer took delivery of his new machine within the short timeframe required.

Our broker was pleased to have a transaction introduced to him by UTB and also a prospective new customer to deal with going forward. This co-operation between UTB and the broker partner underlines our 100% commitment to the broker market and we strive to work closely with brokers to maximise opportunities to transact more business.
