A long established property letting business has been a customer of United Trust Bank for a number of years. During this time we have funded several vehicles for them via our trusted broker connection.
From time to time we have had requests for settlement figures from the customer which have always been handled promptly and professionally.
We have also kept the broker fully informed of the potential new business opportunity by advising them each time we receive a settlement request and new business transactions have been approved and paid out quickly and efficiently.
The lettings business is now in the process of settling the one remaining vehicle that is currently on finance with UTB. Whilst we hope that this is only a temporary end to our business relationship, the customer took the trouble to write to us to say ‘you have been a pleasure to deal with and your customer service has been excellent’.
