United Trust Bank (UTB) has won another award for its second charge mortgage product bringing its tally to eight winning trophies since launching in 2016.
UTB was named ‘Best Second Mortgage Lender’ at the What Mortgage Awards 2018, beating its previous Highly Commended placing in 2017. The What Mortgage Awards are nominated by and voted for by consumers.
Earlier this month UTB won the Secured Loan Lender category of the SFI awards for the second year running.
