We offer bridging loans, usually for periods up to 6 months and in amounts from £100,000. Loans may be arranged for companies, partnerships and individuals
The amount you can borrow will depend upon:
- the value of the property offered as security;
- your ability to repay the loan, and if this is from a mortgage, your income and ability to rent out property.
The interest rate on the loan will depend on the above factors as well, though as a guide
