It is a short term loan, secured on habitable residential property.

 

What can a Bridging Loan be used for?


  • To buy a property - enabling the completion of the purchase of a new property before the sale of the existing property
  • To fund the urgent purchase of a property for example an auction purchase or when a property chain breaks
  • To cover the cost of an extension pending re-mortgaging
  • To raise capital pending the sale or remortgaging of a property
